Welcome to the PNC Bank Thanksgiving Day Run/Walk for MS!

Now celebrating it's 34th year, the Thanksgiving Day Run/Walk for MS has become an important holiday tradition for many families from Delaware and the surrounding areas.  This fun event includes competitive 5K and 10K runs as well as a non-competitive 5K walk and a kiddie fun run.  Each event is led by Santa and Mrs. Claus and the 5K and 10K events take participants throughout Wilmington and include portions of the scenic Brandywine Park.  After the events, participants enjoy lots of delicious food and beverages and a chance to take photos with Santa and Mrs. Claus as well as our giant Turkey!

By participating in this important event, you will be supporting programs, services, and research sponsored by the National Multiple Sclerosis Society, and that makes a huge difference to the people who live with the daily challenges of multiple sclerosis (MS).

The National Multiple Sclerosis Society is dedicated to creating a world free of MS. They simultaneously fund research for a cure, while also helping people who currently live with MS lead more fulfilling lives.

There is still much to learn about what causes MS and research funded by the National MS Society is helping to unravel the many mysteries around this disease, as well as to assist in the development of more effective treatments while we wait for the day when "MS" stands for "Mystery Solved!"  Thanks to the many participants and volunteers who support the PNC Bank Thanksgiving Day Run/Walk for MS, we are making great strides towards our goal - a world free of MS!
