Beat the crowds!  Stop by Delaware Running Company to register and pick-up your packet on November 21st from 11:00 am - 6:00 pm OR Saturday, November 22nd from 10:00 am - 2:00 pm!!

• Registration: 8:00 AM - 10:15 AM
• Delaware Running Company 10K Run: Start 9:00 AM sharp!
• Kiddie Fun Run: Start 10:00 AM sharp!
  ALL CHILDREN MUST REGISTER TO PARTICIPATE!  PARENTAL WAIVERS MUST BE SIGNED!  NO EXCEPTIONS!
• Highmark Blue Cross Blue Shield Delaware 5K Run: Start 10:30 AM sharp!
• 5K Non-Competitive Walk: Start 10:35 AM

Entry Fees

• $25 through September 1st; $30 September 1-November 17; and $35 after November 17th for one event (either the 5K OR the 10K Run)
• To register for both the 5K and 10K events, the fee is $30 through September 1st; $35 September 1-November 17; and $40 after November 17th
• $5 for the Kiddie Fun Run (The kids will recieve a medal, but no T-shirt)

The first 2,000 registrants for the 10K & 5K Run/Walk will receive a long-sleeve event T-shirt on a first come, first serve basis.

Pledge Sheet
Click here to print a pledge sheet and collect donations from family members, friends and coworkers.  Donations will support the movement to create a world free of MS and will fund important programs and services for the more than 1,550 Delawareans living with MS.  In addition, pledges will support important research into the cause of MS, the development of more effective treatments, and, eventually, the cure.

Amenities
Restrooms are available in the Sheraton Suites.  Showers and restrooms are also available at the Central YMCA.  Port-a-potties are available at Rodney Square.

Parking
Street parking is available and free on Thanksgiving Day.

Refreshments
Refreshments and snacks will be available at the PNC Bank Center after the race!

Run Categories
Special Awards to overall male and female run winners (5K & 10K) and to first three finishers in each run and age category.  Please note that the walk event is a non-competitive fun walk.
